The ancestry of these dogs along both parents’ lines is as hunters and water dogs. The physical appearance varies and the dogs may look like one of two parents or combine their features, which is rather curious-looking. Any coat color is possible. As a hybrid cross, these dogs live longer and have fewer health problems. The only genetic disease they can be prone to are those shared by both parents, such as hip dysplasia, cataract and some others. These dogs are very social and need to be with people.
